Food & Drinks Malaysia by SIAL led by Comexposium Asia Pacific is poised to be the leading food and beverage exhibition in Malaysia and around the region - providing a focused platform for the industry towards market entry to the gateway of Asia’s food Capital - Malaysia.
This new launch by SIAL explores opportunities in the food & beverage sectors, Seafood & Fishery, Halal Foods and Food Technology with a special feature in Spice & Condiments as well as Alternative Proteins. The trade platform offers a unique experience to meet, establish new business networks with related businesses and services and learn through customised knowledge-based sessions on topics relating to the industry.
The first edition of Food & Drinks Malaysia by SIAL took place from 2-4 July at the Malaysia International Trade & Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur. The three-day trade fair attracted over 8,000 trade visitors from 46 countries, featuring 450 local and international brands from 22 countries.
The exhibition area featured several international pavilions from China, India, Korea, Turkey, and local pavilions led by government agencies and business groups, such as the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (MAFS), Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), the State Development Corporation of Selangor (PKNS), and the Malaysian Business Group (MBG). The Food Conference and the Regional Halal Forum held alongside the exhibition also provided visitors a platform to discover the latest trends and topics that are shaping the industry.

Innovate 360 is Singapore’s first food accelerator with facilities and venture capitalist, recognised as a technology partner by Asia Pacific Economic Corporation (APEC) Policy Partnership on Food Security. It is an Accredited Mentor Partner (AMP) supported by Enterprise Singapore. Startups are able to tap on the equity free S$50,000 StartupSG Founder grant and work in Singapore with via the EntrePass (for foreign startups).
Today it helps and supports more than 100 food startups in the areas of Deep Tech, Agri Tech, Food Sustainability, and Health & Wellness. Innovate 360’s fund, the Asia Food Sustainability Fund empowers startups to create real impact. It invests in early stage to series A startups who are Asian or Global Startups looking at Asia.
Additionally Innovate 360 taps on the accelerator to help startups leverage its expertise and extensive global network of partners, successfully helping startups to grow and scale. The accelerator differentiates itself by its close connections to the market & industry. Startups get access to expertise, facilities, R&D support, grants, fund raising, mentorship, scaling up, global networks, and sales & distribution.
