CHEF KARL

Cata is a Mediterranean restaurant which brings flavours from France, Italy & Spain and features Gourmet wood fired oven pizzas plus delectable tapas and desserts carefully crafted by veteran Chef Karl and his team of up and budding young chefs to appease.

CHEF JANICE SIEW

Petiteserie was established in 2014 with the goal to cater honest quality bakes without the use of preservatives, artificial flavouring and stabilisers to the Malaysian market. We were set to educate the market to have a better understanding on what goes into the food you eat in today's world of commercialism. Due to the pursuit of consistency, mass production and affordability, the bakes we eat today have all sorts of additives to make food stay 'fresh' longer.

We mainly operate as an artisan wholesale bakery supplying to cafes around Klang Valley from our kitchen located inside a condominium at Saujana Subang. All bakes are baked fresh upon preorder. Though we do not have a physical retail shop, during MCO has led us to reach out to our customers via our e-commerce store at www.petiteseriebyjs.com. We also sell our products on a few online platform via Beepit and Grabmart.

LOCAL GOOD FOOD PROGRAMME

CONNECTING FOOD SOURCE TO CONSUMERS

Calling Supermarket Operators and Urban Farmers to partner with us in this meaningful programme.

Locally sourced and grown produce are fundamental to environmental sustainability. From fast-service food trucks to fine dining, we want to know where our food came from and how it was cultivated and harvested. An initiative by TFF by connecting Quality Farms and Support Local Farmers. #Local Food Programme supports local farmers and producers.

TFF connects the urban consumers with local farmers by curating relevant dialogues on #Public Good Food awareness about nutrition and sustainability.

We hope through this event, collectively, we will create a critical disruption in food innovations and power up the supply chain by discovering the changing consumer trends and waves to reshape the agri-food sector, while being the catalyst of the change, too.

Join us in this amazing journey forward !
